📋 Responsibilities
Assist technicians in FTTH installation and service activation.
Help with fiber cable laying, routing, and preparation.
Assist in fiber optic splicing and joint closure work.
Support onsite customer installations and troubleshooting.
Carry tools, equipment, and installation materials to work sites.
Assist in fiber network expansion and maintenance activities.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
Follow instructions from senior technicians and supervisors.
Perform other field-related duties assigned by the company.
🎓 Education
No minimum educational qualification required. Candidates who are physically fit, eager to learn, and willing to work in the field are encouraged to apply.
💼 Experience
Prior experience as a technician helper or in field work is an advantage but not mandatory.
Fresh candidates willing to learn FTTH installation and maintenance are encouraged to apply.
