📋 Responsibilities
- Perform fiber optic splicing and cable termination.
- Install and activate new FTTH Internet and IPTV connections.
- Provide onsite technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Maintain and repair the fiber network to ensure service reliability.
- Carry out fiber network expansion and infrastructure deployment.
- Conduct optical power testing and fault isolation.
- Install and configure ONTs, routers, and related customer equipment.
- Coordinate with the NOC and technical team for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and field activities.
- Follow company safety standards and technical procedures during field operations.
🎓 Education
- No minimum educational qualification required. Candidates with relevant technical knowledge, practical field experience, and the ability to perform fiber network operations are encouraged to apply.
💼 Experience
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in FTTH or ISP field operations.
- Experience in fiber optic splicing, customer connection, troubleshooting, and fiber network maintenance is required.
